Its impossible to do with any reality to it. Nobody knows. Not even the chart guys can help you out with that far out. Hell they can't even tell what the prices will be on March 1st of 16 and hit it within $.20 a bushel. Tell your banker that corn will be over $ 5.00 a bushel and your yields will be over 250 bu to the acre on corn. Ask him how much ground can you buy before it all goes up. I am not after you its just that a lot of bankers don't know ag very well and to ask for this is quite a stretch for you to even come close to reality. Tell him that the day after you give it to him things can change and its worthless paper.
