WC MN | I think a lot of that money is gone ZM. But I think you are right, rents won't budge too much this coming year. I operate 3 quarters that I know will be lost unless landowner surprises me and takes a fairly deep cut. No sense at farming at a loss of $50/acre.
Edit to add: I think the good crop this year will stem the tide. Most guys have a crop good enough that they should be able to break even or possibly make a little bit.
