west central MN | For me it is pretty interesting to see the prices in the 80's. It was not the low commodity prices that hurt us as much as the high input costs. It will probable be the same way this time. It sure seems like guys are not willing to cut their rent even if they can't cash flow. I am thinking that rent will not come down much until some of the guys are out of the money they made the last few years and their banker tells them they have to control their costs. | |
