Even though I crave them. If I have to have something, I try to keep it somewhat healthy like whole grain cold cereal, not too much sugar.
It is really easy to fall in the habit of having junk food in the evenings, and that is where the danger of evening snacks comes from. Not necessarily bad to eat before bed, but we tend to crave things that aren't good for us.
