I know this is an old thread, but for those searching the archives like I was...

It is possible to survey a base station location using a Trimble MS750 and submit that data to OPUS to get a surveyed base location. Use configuration toolbox to setup an output. It needs to be RT17 format with the concise format and ephemeris stream enabled at a 30s output interval. Note that this cannot be done just using the display and buttons on the MS750 - you have to use Configuration Toolbox. Use a serial port (RS-232) data logger to log the receiver outputs for about 20 min. This gives you a file with a 'RT17 stream', not a RT17 .dat file (this is important if you want to do any manipulation of the file yourself, convert to RINEX, etc). Wait at least several hours before trying to upload to OPUS, if you get errors, try again the next day (OPUS doesn't get all of its reference station information very quickly).
