I have one and love it, for loader work and blowing snow they are great.  The only downfall I know of is the Wakeshau engine in them,  I switched mine over to a 3.9 Cummins and that made a tractor out of it.  The Wakeshau engine seems to be junk and is not worth fixing.  Check the driveline for the PTO if all the CV joints are worn out it can get expensive also.
