Anybody put together bigger groups of cattle to feed by buying smaller groups? Trying to be really picky and only buy obviously healthy calves from smaller herds. Bought 7 Charlais calves today, born from March 21 through May. They look like good cattle so hopefully they will do well.
Good thing I'm not trying to fill a big feedyard this way.
