Local ethanol plant went to +23 corn basis today. Not just for the next week or two but October and November delivery. I'm not so surprised that they are trying to get corn moving but I am scratching my head about that strong of a basis thru that large of a window. Maybe some of you experts can explain it to me? Maize?
