SD/ND/FL | I typically make one marketing-related decision monthly. If I thoroughly analyzed it daily, it would drive me nuts.
For example, today I rolled my corn HTAs to March and told my two primary buyers to call me if the basis gets to $-.20. Also, if we get a $.25+ rally I'll start on some '16 corn and I have a couple open orders in to take care of that. Other than that, I've got bigger issues to worry about
I was very tempted to lift some soybean hedges a couple months ago. If I called my broker daily, I'm sure I would have and it would've cost me $.50+ | |
