Centre county Pennsylvania, USA | Corn basis is a (very) local thing. Here in central PA, corn basis is not moving, it's been stuck on +30 to +35 cent range for last 6 months. Folks in the Carolinas are seeing corn basis near + 75 cents (chart), that's probably why they are importing corn from South America.
