Formerly NE North Dakota, now NW MN | See that's why I'm becoming a little optimistic. There seems to be a bit of bullishness lurking around in el Nino impacted areas. I haven't looked, despite long mentioning it the other day, but sugar also comes to mind.
I will say, however, strong inspections are not yet translating into anything extraordinary in my hrsw basis bids.
