I haven't heard of any bad yields in Iowa.
That's an awfully broad brush to paint. I still think there's a chance IA prints a record yield, by a small margin. You probably don't see the extreme variability down here in the armpit, though. 200 bpa and 100 bpa corn both visible from my doorsteps.
