Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | The payment difference between counties makes this unfair. AND, the part about where it is administered. I live near a county line and administer most of my ground in an adjoining county for several reasons. The county in which the majority of my land lies looks to receive a pretty good payment. The county that I'm administered out of looks to receive at least half or less of a payment. This little rule could cost me $50,000 or more. I don't care so much about the payments but let's keep it somewhat equal in the area. If your administered out of the wrong county it puts you had a huge disadvantage to a neighbor administered out of a higher paying county. |
