East Central South Dakota | That all may be true for future payments, but it will not affect the 2014 payments. They are 99 percent figured minus the seven percent sequestration cutback. I guess they could increase the sequestration figure on 2014 or the government could shut down, but won't affect me either way as my 2014 government payment on 3200 acres is almost about what a good used Ranger costs. no big deal for me.
