That 81 million bushels is already counted as use and is not part of carryover. 

True that...  I doubt they will drop residual all the way down to a number close to the previous year but..??  I also wonder if we'll see a whole bushel decline on yields for 14 crop.. but I wonder if we'll not see a reduction in acres and yield carry forward for 15 crop..

probably not the 100 to 150 bu total.. but maybe.. 40.. to 60'ish...???
