That 81 million bushels is already counted as use and is not part of carryover. Likely they drop a bushel off of 2014 crop yields and take residual down to 5 or 10 with no change to old crop carryover. Each year stands on its own so don't count on any adjustment from this years residual until much later when quarterly grain stocks are reported. These numbers are not as big of deal as where acreage is and what exports will be.
