Buxton ND | THANKS CSE Very down to earth objective comments looking at our market. 2 points stick out to me.
# 1 "farmland showed a decline for the 22nd consecutive month"
# 2 "U.S. Farm debt, when calculated as a debt/income, is at levels not seen since 1985"
These two,,, IMO means the writing is on the wall guys. The scary part, is what those land investor well do. Some say they will buy more on a 20% drop,,, no clue what they will do, but they sure DID NOT play it that way when the "housing bubble" got popped.
Another thing, IMO its the news of the week, its EARLY YET, me gonna be ballz here and say we just saw "THE" low the REAL yesterday. The REAL has been getting just hammered since late 2011, really hammer the last 15 months, it can not go down forever. The down side Brazilian producers yesterday saw a *****ALL TIME RECORD HIGH PRICE IN BEANS,,,,,,,,EVER***** | |
