I'm sorry to tell you, but if you got Pella's very recently, especially casement type, you are going to learn to really hate those things. We have some that are 40 years old that I'm not happy with.....the ones that are 18 years old in our addition are absolutely worthless and are getting replaced. The older ones will have to be replaced at some point due to condensation on the inside.....the bottom frames are going to rot out someday.
