Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80

I would probably try unplugging that oil pressure sensor, too.

 But I can't say what exactly will happen(with it unplugged) = it really depends on software and its ECM's programming.

 I would hope it might just tell the ECM at register 85 psi (of oil pressure = oil pressure reading with an unplugged sensor), and you could keep running.

 What I'm not sure of, is if programming with oil pressure as part of the CAT's shutdown monitoring system(programmed to shutdown mode), then will the CAT software limit you to 1500 rpm and/or 45 mph; with the oil pressure signal as an "open circuit".(ECM knowing it is unplugged)
