thumb of mi | When our kids were little we had a mut. Her mother was pure golden. Father was half springer half yellow lab. She was the best dog we expect to have. We figured her best qualitys came from the golden in her. So when we thought she was almost done we got a pure golden. She was nice but useless not a guard dog at all. She got hit and the wife got another pure golden. Again 95 lbs of lap dog. They only cared about being a nose length away from you. Super friendly good temper wouldn't take to training. The last one we had got kidney problems and we had to put her down not long ago. Got a half golden black lab now so we will see how that goes. Looks good so far.
