West Texas | I have disabled all things I knew for sure I didn't want or need running (all at once without wasting time on Google) Still some stuff running that has something to do with the touchpad. Turned something off that has to do with a hotkey. Not sure what it is, give a warning at bootup, everything works fine though.
Never messed with the system.ini file and win.ini file unless I was instructed to do so by someone qualified.
