south east Indiana | Any stew or roast can be made in a crock pot and separated into meal portions frozen and thawed. Pot pies can be made and baked, cut wrapped and frozen or you can freeze- thaw and bake but it does take a while that way. Soups and anything you can put together in a crock pot will be done for lunch or dinner depending on where you set the temp. I have done chicken and rice dishes ect they are always good
You can take raw noodles, spaghetti sauce, cheese and a already browned meat and extra water throw that in a pan in the oven and go take a shower and it will be done in about 45 min. I put cheese on last to cover everything and cover with aluminum foil bake for 45 min 375 then uncover and let the cheese brown and your good. Freezes well also | |
