Southern Ab | Pea soup. A big batch can be made up in a crock pot while you're out during the day. Freeze it in portions and you can heat it up real quick in a sauce pan. Pretty good with a piece of toast.
Pulled pork is good too. Thaws quick slap it on a bun and you're out the door.y
My meal of last resort (when I don't gave time for a warm meal) is pepperoni in a bin with a chunk of smoked Gouda on the side. Tastes good and slapped together quick. Keeps forever in the fridge.
I'm going to watch this thread with interest.. Maybe put together a cookbook and make millions. | |
