Im old enough to remember when the Japanese were buying all of the legendary office buildings in this country and people like you ran here and there claiming this country was done for and we would all be owned and controlled by the "slant eye's" seems that we have done just fine selling off old out dated buildings and then taking that money and building bigger, better and much more desirable properties.
