Bought a 3412 head and it had the updated deck plates that cnh came out with that were a joke. Finally found that shoup bad the original better kind where cnh didnt. Now a head with a row that never fed and 4 others that didn't when damp or bunched up now feeds perfect.
I'd love to meet the idiot's who designed those deck plates. He must have designed the auger drive mechanism as well.
