Orscheln's used to carry the plastic. Don't know if they still do. I have seen people use tires sliced in half vertically so they don't harbor that nice fresh water smell and weigh 100# each.

Can't help on much else as we had a trench silo when we used to do silage. It still exists, might take a couple of hours with a skid steer and maybe a road grader to get it back in operation. Plus not get to aggressive with loader bucket when taking it back out as concrete floor is rotten.

I would think silage cutter is a little long on the estimate unless it was 5'+ tall.

Is foliage drying from the hail damage or is it still green?
