| Farmland is a much more stable asset than gold. That means values are slow to rise and drop.
That graph is good to see how gold has had its run. Farmland has topped, and is dropping, and
it will take a few years, but too bad that graph is not in the US Dollar, it would mean more.
What I see, is that top in farmland will drop to 50% of its high, within 3 years.
