I put down $2250.00 per acre (last we paid ) , if the only way you look like you are making money is on land appreation your in trouble !! High land prices only help if you are doing three things , borrowing against it , selling it and paying taxes on it (I don't like doing any of them ) Hope to buy more lower prices the better .
