Several of the large organic/direct market farms around here use those, or solo versions that ride on bicycle tires. Supposed to be the thing for hand weeding ultra dense beds of greens and whatnot.
Several spot spray rigs in the valley like that as well, but use a sitting position. Put on a tractor with big floater tires, good dor getting across wet muddy grass seed fields.
