Same farm as t-boss SC IA | This was a good week for me with a drop of 1.6 lbs. I was concerned about another gain after making a new coookie recipe for the silage workers the other day & needing to taste test them! Fortunately for me they tasted awful!!! I threw that recipe out!! We also attended a wedding yesterday & I threw out the carb watching when I ate some awesome wedding cake that 1 of our nieces made. So to have a loss after this type of week is a bonus for me! Actually what probably happened...it finally got really cool & I've lost some of that water weight I was carrying around!! If I could manage another week like this past one I will have made it to my 1st goal in my weight loss & I would be tickled to death to do that. Time will tell!! |
