NW IL | We built one using:
(1) insulated cooler
(2) light bulb (40w or less) and light socket
(3) hot water heater thermostat
(4) 110v extension cord
(5) scrap wire mesh
(6) 12 volt computer fan
(7) 110v/12v converter

The kids flipped the eggs a few times per day. We had about a 75% hatch rate.
