The only folks collecting the new farmer welfare are those who really don't need it anyway. 0 payments for the 14 crop in mo And Kansas. What a bunch of bull**** bill.
You guys had a good crop in 2014 what am I missing? Good crop/no payment. Where we are at bad crop in 2014 and we are max payment. Be nice to have the 7% actually after 4 years of garbage crops.
