Southeast Colorado | Around here a couple guys are having to jump through hoops to break out crp at the end of the contract because of the threatened species "prarie chicken". Major battle brewing over owner rights. If they decide you can never break out the ground again they have essentially taken most of the value of the land away. Birds are being counted by quick fly overs with an obvious pre-destined number in mind. No way to logically argue the numbers without hiring your own million dollar lawyer.
