It sure makes the case for more corn acres and more ethanol exports, too. Fortunately, what they export in ethanol today they have to import in the winter. Unfortunately, ethanol prices float with the market while their gasoline prices are fixed and subsidized. The REAL will (and already is) impacting US markets.
