NW Ohio isn't doing so hot either. The best field that I've seen chopped was 22 ton so around 176bu. There have been several fields that are averaging around 10 ton, or 80 bushels. I'd say after chopping around 1500 acres the average tons/acre for this crew is around 11 or 12. As others have said the leaf blight and other leaf disease pressure really did this crop in. We're already seeing ear drop in a pioneer variety.
