east central iowa | if everyone cut back and prices rise maybe the smart money was in treating your crops like normal and not cutting corners. I have been in the mentality that if I can spend $10 to make $20 I will, however most times it's hard to know the return until after the season is over. now if your in a poor area where even with normal practices you can't beat insurance this year then you were money ahead to trim corners. we will all know the answer by December! sometimes it's better to walk while everyone else is running, and run when everyone else is walking | |
