Pierce County Wisconsin | 2013 and 2014 were bad in my area. Wet spring followed by a dry July. I was trying to be positive all season that the yields would be ok. From the road it looked like things evened out and everything caught up. Once I started combining, reality took hold. 50% of aph took a lot of it. Most of our ground was 170-180 aph. I'm afraid that same feeling will be felt by a lot of farmers once their combines roll. | |
