"How is piling old corn on the ground in September before harvest a good thing?"

MRK pretty much sums it up guys, old crop bushels are going to compete with new crop demand..... Piling bushels on the ground is a last resort for most. I think what we are seeing is the die-hard bulls waiting for $5 corn this summer (even the deep pocket guys) are throwing in the towel and emptying the bins for harvest. This mean "pressure hedge" prior to harvest, again not a good thing.

Then we have the "USDA is lying" guys and bushels are NOT THERE, if there not there ??? Then why on earth are they going on the ground ? ? ?
