well most define it by the national divide that changes waterflow from south to north IE Lake Traverse and I agree that Sisseton is not in the Valley as the Little Minnesota river takes the water from Sisseton to the south most do define the area near Rosholt as part of the Valley. When we did site work around the ethanol plant at Rosholt I can tell you that many of the Farmers I talked with defined themselves as being in the Valley and when talking to farmers around or near Chokio they will put themselves in the RRV .
