| The RRV of the N was a prehistoric lake bed not a valley of a river and the land around Sisseton was not part of that lake bed and I am not sure all the land in Traverse county was either. Just because it is part of the watershed area doesn't mean it is part of the RRV. With Taras logic it would mean every rivers valley like the Missouri River that flows into the Misssissippi River would have to be called the Mississippi River valley well it isn't. | |
