Red River Valley		yes would most likely if prices fall to where I think they will if not no biggy

I'm at a point in my farming career that if I do not get more land that is fine but if opportunity knocks that's good to. The one caveat is that maybe by the time it gets to my price I will need a bib and somebody to feed me which means it does not matter anymore.

35% of the high for any given area.

Or the chance to trade my house in FLA for 160 acres
