We are building storage this year. Storing both. I know you said you can't but I'll throw our reasons for both at you. Corn : harvest time. Almost can't not go to a bin and keep combine moving. There is some basis appreciation that happens and you get to pick your market. Beans: harvest basis is atrocious. Buck under. You get out to January and you gain 40 cents. As for market movement- I think the beans can capitalize on outside markets quicker and give an opportunity for a better sale easier. That's our reasoning- don't know if it's right or not.
