| Location and bidders. One sale nearby me in Richland county ND was around 10,000/a was bot by the guy who had farmed it for over 20 years and it was right by his home. Otherwise most of the land of high quality with the highest bids were right around $6000/a. There was a quarter resold this last winter that had just been bot a couple of a years ago for around 6. The auction didn't meet the required bid, but was sold privately afterward and from what I heard was sold for what the sellers (bank) wanted. | |
