S Illinois | What was the average of land sold during that time frame? Where would that average be now. Have heard of a couple of 14k sales around the area, but average for all sales would still only have been around 6k-7k at the high. Is land relatively evenly priced in the area or were these high sales highly dependent on location and the bidders present at them?
Edit: those sales figures were for southern Illinois
