| 400 acres, no debt until now............
What would people think if a family in the city/suburbs with a $3,000,000 net worth was having to borrow to make ends meet?
Maybe a little unfair....... not that many years that 400 acres would not have returned near what it has recently and owner may not have had many other high income opportunities in a rural area
But maybe rent it out, get a job somewhere and tighten the belt some. | |
