Clarke county, IA | Reading your post had me pretty worried for a few minutes since I have less 400ac and none of it is owned. Then i got to do some figuring for my own operation. My crop insurance guarantee covers all off what I owe the bank (including equipment) expect about 8k. I owe dad for custom work but he owes for chemicals so those will even themselves out, and I've already got a job lined up for the winter while we're not busy that should cover about half of my living expenses for next year. | |
