Doesn't seem possible, but some details the banker shared include:

- Corn crop was 155 bu / acre. Some wind damage. Not enough to make a crop insurance claim, but sure took the top end off cash flow.
- Bought a new grain bin, hoping not to deliver grain at harvest, then the windstorm....
- After that, main tractor (3,500 hours) had an engine problem. Took $25k to fix. $62.50 per acre.
- Beans got aphids in August, needed sprayed. Another $12 per acre.
- Corn never got dryer than 26%. Took a bunch of propane.
- School district built a new sports complex. Decided farmland owners could pay for it. Prop taxes went up $6/acre.

It all adds up.
