Idk the guy but has Allen Lash ever given good advice? Sounds to me like his strategy is give me $20+/acre and I have access to all these high profile cash rent farms. I don't need to give someone money to start paying stupid high dollars for rented acres. That can be done by word of mouth. FWIW, I'm not a high dollar cash rent guy anyways.
