Umm, I never said it was great, I said that it was not ALL junk.  I jumped off on some back roads, even stepped in a few fields to "water" them and look at an ear or two.  I saw fields of 160+ potential adjacent to fields that might not make half that.  I was very surprised at the levels of leaf disease, even in a field that had sprayer tracks through tasseled corn and was obviously sprayed with fungicide.  Completely trashed by NCLB.  That's one thing we didn't have in 2010 to follow our spring monsoon.
