20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | Make certain you are comparing comparable traits in brand X vs DeKalb. That'd be my guess where the large price difference is coming from.
Comparing smart stack to RR or Conventional is no comparison on price.
Sometimes I'd run into wanting hybrid ABC, but it only came in the higher priced trait packages I didn't want. So I'd compromise for hybrid XYZ in the trait package I wanted.
I may have very well left $ on the table not getting the exact hybrid I wanted but its a personal thing I guess. Sometimes I feel like they force these higher priced traits down our throats. But I also understand the cost it would add to have all hybrids in 6-7 trait packages. |
